blah. work is starting to become a drag. SSDD man.

same shit, different day.

i think friday nights are the best because they signal the start of the break and you feel like you have the whole world in front of you waiting to be explored. and saturday nights are the worst because when you go to sleep and wake up it's sunday morning and the next day you have work and it gets you all down and you cant stay up late at night anymore for another 5 nights. blah.

shag week ahead again. tuition, lkc interview, work.

competency is really a key aspect of life. just by observing someone in everyday activities u can tell if a person is really an intellectual or merely mediocre. and that changes the way you interact with that person in every facet of life.

see the glass as half-empty? or half-full? i think that depends on the situation doesn't it. if you need an empty glass, it always seems half-full to you. if you need a full glass, it always seems half-empty.

perhaps then the real challenge there is seeing the glass by itself and not caring whether it is half-empty, or half-full.

let's just appreciate that we have a glass, and that, sometimes, is good enough.
